All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges

At ThePullShack, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sealed or opened Pokémon TCG products, including booster packs, blister packs, booster bundles, display boxes, and Elite Trainer Boxes.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order purchases are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you agree to complete the purchase when your item ships.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us at thepullshack@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy is standard in the trading card industry and allows us to keep prices fair for everyone.
